Refund Policy
Since StarQuick Solutions Inc. and Productive Computing Inc. are offering non-tangible irrevocable goods and services, we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is delivered. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site or in relation to support or development services for our products. This includes downloadable products as well as paid support or programming services.

However, we realize that exceptional circumstances can take place with regard to the products we supply. Therefore, we DO honor requests for refunds for the following reasons:

1. Non-Delivery of the Product: due to internet connection outages, you might not receive delivery of the product. In this case, we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to us in writing within 7 days from the order placement date. Otherwise the product will be considered received and downloaded. 
2. Downloading and Unzipping or Installation Issues: it may happen that you are having problems while downloading or installing the product. Claims regarding such issues must be submitted to our Tech Support department with 3 days of placement of the order. If you do not properly contact us during this period, you agree that we may construe silence as a successful download of the product with no further right of redress or refund for a "download issue" reason. Failure to receive assistance for downloading or installing within 3 days may result in a refund decline.
3. Major Defects: although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. Such issues must be submitted to our Tech Support team for verification. We retain the right to rectify the error or defect within 72 hours. If any deficiency is approved and we fail to correct it within 72 hours from the date of the initial complaint notification, the refund will be issued in full without any compensation or reimbursements. OR, at your choice, replacement of the product with one of the same value, or of the same product at a later date can be offered.
4. Product Not-as-Described: such issues should be reported to our Tech Support team within 7 days of purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website. Complaints which are based merely on the customer's false expectations or wishes are not honored. Sample products are available for evaluation purposes on the Demo Download page, and the videos and tutorials that demonstrate the product may be considered representative of the product's capabilities.

Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return requests based on incompatibility of our products with third-party products or services (plug-ins, add-ons, modules, scripts, extensions, hosting services, or hosting configurations). We don't guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party programs or services and we do not provide support for such third-party applications or services.

Use of User Email Addresses
When you register to download a demo or purchase a product from this website, your email address will be placed in a list of leads or customers. We may use these addresses on a very occasional basis for internal market research only. We will never sell, distribute or otherwise provide any email addresses obtained in this way to any outside parties. You will always retain the option to unsubscribe from these lists.

StarQuick Solutions, Inc. reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site or the products or services provided through this site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms.
