After a long term relationship with two previous billing programs (Therapist Helper and Shrinkrapt), I can enthusiastically recommend TheraQuick. The support offered by TheraQuick is superb and the program is very rich with features. It offers an intuitive interface that is sophisticated in its design.

I looked for years for a really first-rate system that runs natively in Apple OS X so I could finally get completely away from the security issues inherent in Windows-based systems. I conducted a thorough source selection of all systems I could find that met my main criteria of being developed in Filemaker and running natively on a Macintosh. TheraQuick was by far the most feature-rich product I found.

My practice consists entirely of in-home services, and having my practice management system available to me on my iPad is a huge advantage.

Where to start.  I have been using various billing software for Macintosh for years, but TheraQuick blows the doors off all of them.  Built on a solid, trusted, stable platform (FileMaker), TheraQuick's strength goes well beyond an easy to use and pleasingly designed graphical interface. Where this product shines is on what it will do (everything) and the customer support.

Contact with TheraQuick's technicians and designers has always been prompt, knowledgeable and most of all, solves the problem. The fact that software support, technical questions and information are readily available is a real plus.  It is a refreshing change not to be shuffled to an offshore call center where nobody has the knowledge or ability to solve a problem.

I currently provide billing for 7 behavioral health practices. Each provider's practice is different in terms of what exactly they want from my services. Therefore, I needed a program that was flexible.  I have been doing behavioral health billing in an office setting for eleven years and more recently independently.

I have worked with and have researched many big-name and not-so-big-name programs over the years. The biggest problems I found with these programs were that they contained too many "bells and whistles" that were not options and the program was not flexible to use. I would have to modify the practice to fit the program.

If for some reason you do have difficulty or a question, TheraQuick's customer service and technical support are by far the best in the business! They are courteous, treat you like a person, are very knowledgeable and actually solve your issue promptly! I have to say, TheraQuick has been the best investment thus far!

It's incredibly elegant. The user interface is the nicest I've ever seen.

Simplifying life is essential these days. TheraQuick helps me achieve that goal! It's so easy to use, intuitive, and makes managing my practice a fluid, simple process. Hands down, no other program I've tried compares.

I was blown away! It's so easy to use. I would never have expected that from a program that's so powerful. Nothing else I've seen even comes close.
